Our history
The Foundation
Our founder, Matt, didn’t learn the trades from a textbook. His journey began at a young age, working alongside his uncle on full home renovations across Ohio. From the heavy lifting of general labor to the precision of finish carpentry, Matt was raised on job sites. It was here that he mastered the complexities of kitchens and bathrooms, learning early on that a successful remodel is built on a foundation of integrity and attention to detail.
The Hustle
While many are just getting started in their careers after college, Matt was already building his. While a student at The Ohio State University, he officially launched his own professional tile and flooring installation service. Operating as a specialized subcontractor, he earned a reputation for reliability and high-end finishes, taking the lessons learned from his uncle and applying them to his own growing list of clients.
The Growth
What started as a one-man operation fueled by Buckeye pride has since blossomed into a full-scale, two-truck remodeling company. We’ve traded the subcontracting life for a team of young, energetic professionals who share Matt’s "finish carpentry" mindset.
